At FuelPerformance, I don’t believe in generic meal plans or unrealistic diets. My approach is built around one simple principle: nutrition should work in your real life, not against it.

Every athlete is different. Your sport, position, body composition, training load and goals all influence what your body needs. That’s why we tailor your nutrition around:

No copy-and-paste plans. Everything is built specifically for you. Together we will continually review your plan and make adjustments when needed to ensure you keep moving closer towards your goals. When you invest in me, I will ensure you that I am also investing in you, forming a partnership between us.

I only take on a select number of clients to ensure that I am giving a premium service and allowing myself to put my entire focus and commitment on them.

About me

My name is Connor Johnston and I am a 2nd year Sport and Exercise Nutrition student. My life has always revolved around playing sport, which gave me a huge interest on how the body works and what it takes to properly fuel it. My goal is to truly help people to perform better when competing and also feel better day to day. I want to make nutrition more accessible to people by properly preparing and tailoring plans to suit peoples lifestyles and budgets.
